Insurance claims can be tricky to navigate. But not to worry, Vision Autoglass has your back. We will handle your claim from beginning to end so you don't have to. The Process
STEP 1
Call us! We can let you know what needs to happen depending on the damage on your vehicle. We are required to see the damage on the vehicle before starting your claim. We can arrange a time to meet or swing by one of our shops to get the process going.
STEP 2
Once we have documented the damage and contacted your insurance, we will call and get everything approved while we wait for your parts to come in. Since every vehicle is different, every part is different. Parts can be in stock right away or will be ordered in. We will contact you to book an appointment once we have done a quality check on the parts to ensure there was no damage one the glass from storage or the shipping process.
STEP 3
Time for your appointment! Upon arrival, all you have to do is bring us the vehicle and give us the key. The windshield replacement and recalibration (if it's required) takes 2.5-3 hours to do, unless advised otherwise. You can wait at our shop or pick up the vehicle later that day.
STEP 4
When you come to pick up the vehicle, we will have all the documents ready for you to sign. Basically, just sign on the dotted line, pay your deductible, and be on your way! It's as easy as that. We will handle all the long conversations, the back and forths, and the paperwork so you don't have to worry about it.
