1 / Location on the Windshield
The chip cannot be on along the border of the windshield, in front of the camera, or directly in the line of sight of the driver.
*Rule of Thumb: you must be able to cover the chip with your thumb from the inside of the vehicle
2 / Size Matters
The circumference of the chip must be no larger than a loonie. If the chip has formed into a crack, a windshield replacement might be the solution.

3 / First Time Repairs
In order to do the repair, we inject a resin which then hardens. If the chip has been done before, the liquid resin will not form properly inside the chip causing it to appear worse than before.
